Change of Hotel Name and Management Structure
Kitano Arms Corporation and Seibu Prince Hotels Worldwide Inc. announce that, effective August 1, 2026, “The Prince Kitano New York” will change its name to
“The Kitano Hotel New York.”
Effective the same date, the management of the hotel by Seibu Prince Hotels Worldwide Inc. will end, and the hotel will continue operations under Kitano’s management structure.
The hotel will remain open and continue normal operations following the name change. Existing reservations and services for guests will be honored in accordance with their current terms.
The parties are taking the necessary steps to minimize any impact on guests, business partners, and other stakeholders and to ensure a smooth transition.
